Papers are arranged by surface finish, from smoothest to most textured.Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305gsm
This paper has a velvety, texture-free surface that handles heavy ink coverage beautifully, producing rich, deep blacks. Its neutral white tone makes it a great fit for landscape and portrait photography. 100% Cotton.
Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm
A smooth, white matte paper that handles both vibrant and subtle tones with ease. Its slight optical brightening agents enhance vivid colors, making it well suited to a wide range of artworks and mediums. A versatile all-rounder — it’s a classic for a reason. 100% Cotton.
Hahnemühle Hemp 290gsm
A smooth matte paper with a subtle surface texture and natural white tone. Hemp performs well across a range of artwork and photographic styles, with excellent tonal depth and strong black density. 60% Hemp fibre, 40% Cotton.

A fibre-based paper with a semi-gloss finish. Its smooth surface and subtle gloss deliver rich tonal range and excellent detail, handling both shadows and highlights with clarity and depth—ideal for photographic prints. 100% Cotton.
Hahnemühle Bamboo 290gsm
A subtly textured matte paper with a smooth feel and a warm natural white tone—subtly creamier than our other papers. Ideal for artworks with earthy or neutral palettes, black and white photography where warmth is preferred over contrast, and detailed ink or graphite pieces. 90% Bamboo fibre, 10% Cotton.
Hahnemühle Agave 290gsm
A matte paper with a subtle, organic texture—enough to be seen, but not enough to disrupt fine detail. Its balanced tone and surface suit both vibrant colours and rich neutrals, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of mediums.
70% Agave fibre, 30% Cotton.
Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm
A white, heavyweight matte paper with a coarse, mould-made texture. Ideal for watercolour and illustrative work, it closely resembles traditional fine art papers. The bold texture also adds depth to digital pieces with large areas of solid colour. 100% alpha-Cellulose (wood pulp).
Hahnemühle Torchon 285gsm
A heavyweight matte paper with a dappled, parchment-style texture. Ideal for detailed work in oil, watercolour, and pastel. A small amount of OBAs boosts colour vibrancy, while the open texture adds depth to flat areas and vector-based artwork. 100% alpha-Cellulose (wood pulp).
