Certificates of Authenticity
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a simple way to verify that a print is genuine. It includes details like the artist’s name, title, paper type, dimensions, and edition number (if it’s a limited edition), along with your signature. Including COA’s with your print adds a personal, professional touch that builds trust with your buyers.
COA’s for Print-on-Demand
If you’re printing on demand and can’t sign each print in person, we can send you a batch of COAs for signing. Simply fill in the edition details, sign them, and send them back. Once received, we’ll include one with each print in your edition when it’s shipped to your buyers. (We also recommend ordering a test print at this stage).
Hound & Bone COA’s
$4.50 each, printed on sturdy 350gsm card stock, with space for edition details and your signature.
Note: certificates are pre-printed (see image); we cannot personally customise the design for you.
For Print-on-Demand editions:
$4.00 each when you order COAs for an edition of 5 or more prints, plus a one-off $5 postage fee.
Supplying your own COA’s
If you prefer to use your own COAs, we’re happy to include them in your print-on-demand orders as part of our dropshipping service.
