Delivery —

Dropshipping


We offer a simple dropshipping service so you can sell your prints without managing the shipping yourself. Your orders are sent directly to your customers with no Hound & Bone branding for a clean, ‘white-label’ experience. If you'd like to personalise your orders, you're welcome to supply business cards, stickers, or thank-you notes for us to include.






Dropshipping Costs
$5.00 per order (in addition to postage costs).

Turn-around Times

Please allow time for both our standard print production turnaround and your own admin — including placing the order, approving proofs (if applicable), and finalising payment. If you're a regular client, our Print Order Portal streamlines this process and gives you easy access to tracking once your order is dispatched.

Tracking & Communication

Once your order is posted, the tracking number will be sent to you. If you're using our print order portal, you can also access the tracking there. From that point on, it's your responsibility to track the parcel and keep your customer informed. Our role is to print and dispatch — communication with your customer remains in your hands.
