Minimum Order Requirements
There's no minimum quantity requirement, but we have a minimum order value of $17.50 (equivalent to one A4 print).File Setup
File preparation/editing is $96 per hour, billed in 5-minute increments at $8. We welcome print-ready files—please see our File Setup Guide for details.Turnaround Time
Most print jobs take 3–5 working days. Complex projects—including retouching, restoration, or large-volume orders (100+ prints)—may take up to 21 working days. We'll confirm any additional production time when you place your order.Postage time is additional to production turnaround times.
Turnaround begins once we receive both your files and payment (either full payment or a deposit for orders over $500).
Please let us know about any deadlines when ordering. Orders requiring completion in less than 3 working days are considered a rush order.
Rush Order Service
We offer a rush order service with a 75% surcharge. Rush orders are typically completed within 24 hours of payment, though acceptance depends on paper stock, workload capacity, and transit times for posted orders.Contact us by phone or email to discuss your deadline and options—we're here to help.
Edition Discounts
We offer discounts for multiple prints of the same file, size, and paper type:- 10% for 10-20 prints
- 15% for 21-35 prints
- 20% for 36-50 prints
- 25% for 50+
Print Order Portal
We offer a client portal for regular customers who are familiar with our ordering system, or often place repeat orders. The portal is designed to streamline the process for reorders or jobs that don’t require additional file checks or ongoing communication. Because portal orders require less direct collaboration, they can be processed more quickly while maintaining our high standards.The portal is best suited for clients with prior experience working with us, as it requires a sound understanding of our offerings and workflow.
